Jon founded Smart Storage Ltd in 2004, growing it into one of North West England’s leading independent operators. He later co-founded Stop and Store in Canada and the USA, developing a remote operational platform that enabled multi-site management and accelerated expansion.

With over 20 years’ experience managing budgets up to £250 million, she helps investors and operators scale operations while maintaining strong financial control and robust performance.
Sally has held senior finance roles across the UK, Canada, and USA, including Head of Finance at The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 winner, 2003 and Finance Director of Stop & Store Ltd (Canada) and Stop & Store Inc (USA).
