Jon Wyles MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience in commercial property and self storage. His experience spans site selection, feasibility, acquisitions, development, operations, revenue management, business growth and investment strategy across the UK and North America. Jon founded Smart Storage Ltd in 2004, growing the business from its first facility in the North West of England through development and expansion before its eventual £13 million sale. He later co-founded Stop and Store in Canada and the USA, acquiring and developing self storage facilities and creating a remote operational platform that supported multi-site growth.

Sally Raw is a Chartered Management Accountant with more than 20 years’ senior finance experience. As Harrington Wyles' specialist financial advisor, she brings expertise in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, financial controls and multi-site business systems to self storage projects. Sally has managed budgets of up to £250 million and held senior finance roles in the UK, Canada and USA. Her self storage experience includes serving as Finance Director of Stop & Store Ltd in Canada and Stop & Store Inc in the USA, and she is currently Finance Director of Stop & Store UK Ltd.
