Quick Self Storage is a digitally-led self-storage operator based in the Midlands. Established in 2021 as Quick Self Storage Holdings Ltd, the business has pursued an ambitious growth strategy through a mix of acquisitions and new developments.

Cuboid Storage – a wholly owned subsidiary of FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), a property and asset management company with over 40 years’ experience in industrial, office, retail, and residential real estate.

Our Team supported Stop and Store Inc in the acquisition of three trading self-storage facilities located in Dillsburg, York, and Dover, Pennsylvania. Each facility was within a 10-mile radius of the others, providing the foundation for a strong regional portfolio.

Smart Storage was established in 2004 in the North West of England by Jon Wyles and John Harrington. Spotting an opportunity in the underdeveloped regional self-storage market, the founders secured a 30,000 sq. ft warehouse in Bromborough, Wirral.
